5-Axis CNC Milling/Turning

Our tooling specializes in the high speed machining of aluminum, steels, plastics, and composites. However, we can accommodate nearly any exotic material that your component requires. Our 5-axis machinery allows for complex features to be created with limited hand processing and setup time.

Custom Fixturing

With a heavy background in manufacturing engineering, we can scale your product the right way. We proudly offer innovative ways to automate and batch machine your products to save you money.

Saw Cutting

Our fully automated horizontal band saw can process up to 9” x 9” bar stock to meet nearly any requirements. For any larger materials, our 20” vertical band saw can be utilized. This plays into our one-stop-shop approach.

Our common customer has a master plan for their product. If this is not you, we offer design services that can bring your concept to materialization.

3D Printing

Although our FDM 3D printer is primarily used for simple rapid prototypes, it is capable of much more. Let us know what materials and applications you have and we will be sure to help in any way that we can.

Fabrication

With our 3,000 lb. 4’ x 6’ welding table and years of fixturing experience, most fabrication projects fall inside our realm of capabilities.
